The dining table at Vegera Restaurant is a kaleidoscope of colours and tastes which are the very essence of health and freshness. Our own virgin olive oil, the wine and agricultural products of Crete are the foundations of our diet. The bread, organic vegetables, pulses, fruits and dried nuts all have their special place at the table. The thyme honey, eggs and dairy products from free raise animals complete our menu based on the Cretan diet.
