The ski center "3-5 Pigadia" is located at an altitude of 1430 – 2005 m., in Vermio Mt., 103 km away from Thessaloniki. It is one of the most famous winter resorts in Greece, with modern athletic and touristic facilities. There are slopes for all levels and cross-country skiing, a double chairlift, 5 ski lifts and baby lifts. “3-5 Pigadia” is one of the few ski resorts in the country, where there is artificial snow. The hotel of the ski resort has 34 rooms and can host 100 people. There is also a restaurant and a beautiful chalet at an altitude of 2005 m. Since the early '80s "3-5 Pigadia" has been preferred by many skiers and athletic teams thanks to its wonderful climate and exceptional natural beauty. The sports infrastructure is unique, including a soccer field, a fitness room, a heated swimming pool, a sauna and other auxiliary installations.
