The Open Air Water Museum is located in the old industrial area (early 20th century) of Edessa. The museum aims to show to the visitor the history of the use of water power. Some of its parts are mills, flourmill, hemp factory. In one of the mills there is now an aquarium, whereas a part of the old hemp factory is now a restaurant.
